How do I book an after-hours appointment?

For urgent medical concerns during the after-hours clinic, call 647-417-3535. Appointments cannot be booked through the regular online booking portals. Please call before attending, as clinic location and availability vary.
Who can use the clinic?

The clinic is available only to patients of physicians participating in the Bedford Family Health Organization. It is not a public walk-in clinic and does not accept patients who belong to other family practices.
When does the clinic operate?

The after-hours clinic operates:
Monday to Thursday: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Hours and appointment availability may change on holidays. Please call before attending.
Which telephone number should I call?

During regular office hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., call your regular family doctor’s office.
During the after-hours clinic, Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., call 647-417-3535.
Staff will advise you whether an appointment is available and which clinic location you should attend.
